One address, read by a person. There is no contact form here on purpose — a form would mean collecting your details on a site that otherwise collects nothing.
Worth writing about
- A rate that has drifted. Etsy revises its fees, and the presets here are only as fresh as their last check. If your Payment account shows something different from what the calculator loads for your marketplace, send a screenshot or just the numbers — corrections get made quickly.
- A marketplace we are missing. The calculator ships with eight. If you sell from a country that is not on the list and you know your processing rate and regulatory operating fee, that is enough to add it.
- Something that reads wrong in your language. The interface is translated into six languages. If a label is awkward, ambiguous, or plainly wrong in yours, say so — a native speaker's correction beats a careful guess every time.
- A bug. A number that looks impossible, a layout that breaks, a button that does nothing. Tell us what you entered and which browser you were using.
Not worth writing about
We cannot help with your Etsy account, an order dispute, a suspended shop, or a payment that has not arrived. None of that is visible from here — that is between you and Etsy Support. This site is an independent calculator with no connection to Etsy, Inc.
We also do not give financial, tax, or legal advice. The calculator does arithmetic; what you do with the result is your call, and for tax questions an accountant in your own country is worth every penny.
Response time
This is a small project, not a support desk. Expect a reply within a few days. Rate corrections tend to get handled fastest, because they affect everyone using the tool.
